We stand behind Valor Performance. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You'll need your receipt or order confirmation email

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@takevalor.com and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplements cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@takevalor.com.
